mentor scheme supporting documents

I create a Google Doc folder for each student on the mentor scheme. The folder includes the following documents. These documents are to be used in conjunction with the mentor scheme overview.

student targets

This document shows the targets, which are agreed by the staff. 

Issues the student faces

This document allows subject teachers to notify the mentor of the issues the mentee is having in their subject.

teacher comments against targets

This document allows subject teachers to comment on the student`s progress against their targets, which the mentor can raise at meetings.

Strategies that work for the student

This document allows staff to share ideas on approaches to teaching and learning that work for the student. 

mentor meeting log

This document allows the mentor to log the issues raised, and the targets set at meetings with their mentee.
